- Cromwell Street Lot located at 300 E Cromwell St, Baltimore, MD 21230
- Street parking is also offered throughout the campus
At this time there is no assigned parking.
Yes! Multi-day and overnight parking is available at the garage and lots and can be booked on balpenparking.com the same way you would book standard parking.

High-Efficiency Lighting: We’ve invested in high-efficiency lighting systems that brighten with motion. This means that well-lit areas automatically follow your movements, ensuring your safety and visibility at all times.
Foot and Roving Patrols: To maintain a strong physical presence, our security personnel conduct foot and driving patrols throughout the entire facility at regular intervals. You can expect a security presence in the garage area approximately every 90 minutes to deter any potential security issues and provide assistance if needed.
Emergency Stations: For added peace of mind, every floor of our facility is equipped with two emergency stations. These stations provide a direct link to emergency responders, enabling you to quickly request assistance in case of an emergency or any security concerns.

Monthly parking is charged automatically to the payment method you enrolled with on the 1st day of every month. If you would like to change your payment method, please log into your monthly parking account.

On-Street Parking
On-street parking is enforced 24/7.
License plate and vehicle information.
Digital receipts are sent automatically to the email address you enter when purchasing parking.
There are no refunds for unused time.
Yes, you can extend up to the daily max of 4 hours.
